Admission to different courses (B.Tech) of the University(BPUT) shall be based on criteria decided by the Academic Council of the University(BPUT). There shall be provision for direct admission for a limited number of NRI/FN students. Details of criteria shall be as per provisions in the rule formulated for the purpose. The University(BPUT) shall adopt the eligibility criteria as specified by AICTE/UGC.

Eligibility & admission procedure for the current academic session

First Year- B. Tech 4 years Full Time:

Pass or appearing in 10+2 Sc. examination of CHSE, Orissa or equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, and anyone subject from Chemistry, Computer Science, Biology or Biotechnology and also eligible.Candidates qualified in JEE Main.
